For years, I have always desired to enrich others' lives within the realm of health and fitness. I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. I started Work's Well-being Blog with a mission to give others a taste of my thoughts and experiences. I offer one-on-one nutrition and training coaching for those who are serious about changing their lifestyle. My hope can only be to create positive change in the lives of the people I encounter.
